And you thought you were safe....

For those of you who thought I was removing myself from the doll world...I'm back!!! and more opinionated than ever. Now that I don't have a business to run, I don't have to be as careful in what I say or how I say it. I can actually say what I think about the doll business, customers, BJD companies and anything else that comes to mind. Read it at your peril and remember, this is my blog and I decide who gets to whine and who doesn't. Hallelujah! Praise the Lord and pass the ammunition.

If you're easily offended by the occasional (or not so occasional) four-letter word, off color joke,  view that doesn't reflect your own, or political incorrectness in general, this is not the place for you. If you're interested in open, honest discussion regarding the doll world and miscellaneous other topics, stick around and join the fun.

Comments will be accepted if deemed appropriate. I decide what is appropriate. Dissenting views are welcome as long as there is no name calling, flaming or potential for slander involved.

Hi.. And welcome back crazy dolly-world mom!

I also really want to be a daughter position here. Not official comment here.

I am so glad to hear that you share your wonderful dolly-experiences with everybody.
I believe this place could be very valuable spot for the new doll-business owner and doll-collectors to get under-cover issues (^^).

(^^) I LOVE YOU AND THANKS TO SUPPORT US “A shrine of liberty” for free-dolly-talk.

You were gone? LOL! I am totally offended by not-enough four-letter words and not-off-color-enough jokes. Views that are not like my own are just........ wrong, but you are welcome to have them.

And if I can't whine and complain, too- what good is coming around here?

You know I luvz ya, ya mean ole hag!
Let's see if that part gets approved. LOL!

Hi Kathy (A.K.A.Mom)-

Welcome back to the world of Doll collecting!

Since I've been collecting dolls for over 27+ years I have seen doll business and dolls come and go! I've also noticed all dolls come in go in phases. When I first started collection dolls I collected Compo dolls, and also dolls from the 60\70's. I really don't see too many people collecting dolls of all types like when I first started collecting these older style dolls right now. The craze is BJD's so I wonder how long this phase will go.

Commenting on your name change statement! I had the bad experience of a name change myself! However the name we now use was our official business name. We were going to use the name: Star Spangled Dolls for our line because I live in the USA, and I'm a USA citizen. So I wanted a name expressing my country! Bad Choice since our first line was made\Manufactured in China! LOL I’ve learned from that mistake and figured I’d better move on.

As a collector of all types of dolls I really do like all types of dolls from every period\Year and every style. I don’t limit myself to just one style of doll. I have a very large collection and love all types of dolls. I’m happy you have opened this blog so we can hear your thoughts and words of wisdom for the doll world! Look forward to see what you post next!

I'm already typing one-handed, that's how much I love this site!

Love it, love it, love it! I'm so happy that you're continuing your involement in the BJD world. I was bemoaning the fact that I'd never hear from my "BJD Mom" once the store closed & that would be tragic as you guys were the ones who answered all my newbie questions & guided me through many of my first purchases. Now I'm really looking forward to visiting this blog & keeping in touch.

I am glad you didn't completely disappear (still sad the store is gone, but when you have to you have to! You guys were my first and last purchase unfortunately too.)

I for one want to get to know you as a doll owner and he experiences you had in general over the years.
